name	What it measures.
theme	energy, shipping, trade, food, finance, humanitarian or infrastructure.
unit	Unit of the value.
date	Date of the observation.
value	The value; blank where the source has none (never zero).
source	Source id.
licence	open, public_domain, cc_by or ask_first_granted.
