Reading the site

The site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, advertising or third-party scripts, and loads its fonts from its own domain, so your browser contacts no one else while you read. The site is served by Cloudflare, which handles requests as any web host does.

The newsletter

If you sign up, the form sends your address to this site, which sends you one confirmation email. The link in it carries your address sealed, never in plain text. Only when you press the button on the confirmation page is your address added to our list. The list and the emails are run by SendGrid, our email provider, on our behalf.

Your address is used to send you the email and nothing else. It is never sold, shared or used for advertising. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link; to have your address removed entirely, write to [email protected].
