The statement
At a press conference Trump said any deal must include free traffic of oil through Hormuz, that only he would set a ceasefire, that the US had flown 10,000 combat flights and struck more than 13,000 targets since late February, and claimed the Iranian government had killed more than 45,000 people in the past month, without giving evidence.
