Who is in the record.
52 governments, forces, armed groups and international bodies, grouped by the party each belongs to: a government with its forces and agencies is one party. Parties are listed alphabetically. Each has a page with what it said, the claims it made and how they stood up, and the events where it acted or was the target.
Counts are of our records in this war. "Acted in" and "Target in" count events where the body is named as the acting party or as the target.
