| 2026-10-30 18:00 UTC | 2026-11-03 | 2026-11-19 | Checked in the one-time pass of 30 Oct 2026: still open. The record holds Pakistani-mediated contacts with Iran in late August (ev-20261027-jkax) and no independent reporting on whether US-Iran talks were under way on 18-19 August. Nothing in the record shows talks then, or rules them out. Next check on the ladder from 2026-08-19 (7 days, 30 days, then quarterly). |
