The statement

Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi said Iran had offered Washington, through Qatar, a plan under which the strait could reopen and normal passage resume within seven days if the necessary conditions were met, and that the choice rested with the US. A senior Iranian official told Reuters the plan would also end hostilities on all fronts including Lebanon in return for lifting the blockade, releasing frozen funds and waiving oil sanctions, and that Iran would make no nuclear concessions.
