The statement

The IRGC Navy said the southern route through the Strait of Hormuz is mined and told ship owners and crews to ignore CENTCOM, which had said on 28 October that the lanes were clear. IRGC spokesman Hossein Mohebi told CENTCOM to prove its mine-clearing claim with independent evidence.
