Yemen's UN ambassador Abdullah Al-Saadi wrote to the Security Council that the Houthis targeted Aden International Airport with several ballistic missiles on 28 October, forcing flights to divert, and asked for measures to protect civil airports, accountability for those responsible and full implementation of resolutions 2140 and 2216, including the arms embargo.
