The statement

Admiral Brad Cooper, the CENTCOM commander, said in a video released on 30 October that he had flown over the Strait of Hormuz and seen no IRGC forces, and that Gulf partners had exported over 1.5 billion barrels since the summer. Fox News's account of the video also had him saying the primary transit routes had been cleared of Iranian sea mines; VOA's account carried no mines statement, and Radio Farda reported the mines claim as a separate CENTCOM statement of 28 October.
