Iran's Navy public relations office said an unnamed oil tanker with its navigation systems switched off struck a naval mine and caught fire in a "prohibited and unsafe" area east of the Strait of Hormuz, and warned shipowners against crossing restricted waters, Anadolu reported. It gave no crew or damage details.
