Yemeni army spokesman Col. Majed Abdullah al-Nazili said government forces carried out 1,272 targeting operations in 24 hours on the al-Jawf, Marib and al-Bayda fronts, killing about 500 Houthi fighters and destroying or disabling nearly 170 vehicles or weapons, Al Jazeera reported; Al Jazeera said it could not verify the claims.
