Four Israeli soldiers, including a battalion commander, were killed shortly after midnight on 19 June when their tank was hit near Kfar Tebnit in southern Lebanon, and an explosive drone hours later wounded five more soldiers there, the IDF said, according to the Times of Israel. The IDF said it struck more than 80 targets in southern and eastern Lebanon from Thursday night, including in Nabatieh and the Beqaa, in response to what it called Hezbollah ceasefire violations. Lebanon's health ministry gave a preliminary toll of 18 killed and 33 wounded across at least 10 southern localities by that morning.
