Early on 11 June the IRGC said it struck Bahrain's Sheikh Isa air base and Kuwait's Ali Al Salem and Ahmad Al-Jaber air bases with drones and fired 12 ballistic missiles at Azraq air base in Jordan, Al Jazeera reported. Jordan's army said it intercepted 20 missiles fired toward Azraq with no casualties. Bahrain's interior ministry said shrapnel from intercepted drones caused a minor injury to an 11-year-old girl and damaged homes and vehicles in Hamad City and Manama. Kuwait closed its airspace citing 'Iranian aggressions', and the US State Department urged people in Jordan to shelter in place.
