Saudi civil defence said a military projectile hit a residential area in Al-Kharj governorate, south of Riyadh, killing an Indian and a Bangladeshi national and injuring 12; its statement did not name Iran. The IRGC had said earlier that day that it targeted radar systems in places including Al-Kharj, home to Prince Sultan Air Base, which US forces use. They were the first deaths reported in Saudi Arabia in the war. The Saudi defence ministry said it intercepted dozens of drones, including some aimed at Riyadh and the Shaybah oil field.
