Provisional Kpler ship-tracking data showed Middle East crude exports above pre-war levels on 24 September and 27 to 29 September, at 19.5 to 22.5 million barrels a day, Reuters reported via Al Jazeera. Senior IRGC commander Ali Fadavi said in a televised interview that only three to four million barrels a day moved through the strait. Kuwait Petroleum Corp's chief executive told Bloomberg Kuwait was producing about 2 million barrels a day, about 75 percent of its pre-war level, as more tankers risked the transit.
