Lebanon's health ministry said an Israeli strike south of Beirut killed a woman and two children, the first strike on the Beirut area in three weeks, and the state news agency said a drone strike killed six members of one family fleeing at dawn on the Adloun highway. Lebanese health authorities put the day's toll at 19 killed and 58 wounded. Israel ordered residents of Tyre and large parts of the south to move north of the Zahrani River, about 40 km from the border, and the ICRC warned that mass forced displacement put civilians at severe risk.
