Netanyahu said in a video on 25 May that he had ordered the military to intensify strikes on Hezbollah, saying "we are at war with Hezbollah". Lebanon's health ministry said late-evening Israeli raids on Mashghara in the Bekaa Valley killed at least 11 people and wounded 15; Al Jazeera's correspondent at the scene counted at least 10 strikes in about half an hour on a residential area. Four people were killed in Kfar Reman, and the army said one Israeli soldier was killed by a drone in southern Lebanon. The ministry put the toll since 2 March at 3,185 killed.
