An Israeli strike on a marked press vehicle on the Jezzine road in southern Lebanon killed Al Mayadeen reporter Fatima Ftouni, cameraman Mohammed Ftouni and Al-Manar reporter Ali Shuaib, Al Jazeera reported with AFP and Reuters. The Israeli military acknowledged the strike and said Shuaib was embedded in a Hezbollah intelligence unit; both networks rejected that. WHO said eight paramedics were killed and seven wounded in five attacks on healthcare in southern Lebanon that day, without naming a perpetrator. Lebanon's health ministry put the toll at 1,142 killed since 2 March.
