EASA issued Conflict Zone Information Bulletin (CZIB) 2026-03 R13 on 24 June 2026, covering unless otherwise specified, all altitudes/flight levels in the airspace of: Bahrain (Bahrain FIR - OBBB), Iran (Tehran FIR - OIIX), Iraq (Baghdad FIR - ORBB), Israel (Tel Aviv FIR - LLLL), Jordan (Amman FIR - OJAC) [...]. Its first recommendation to EU and EASA-authorised operators reads: "Not operate within the affected airspace of Iran, Iraq, Lebanon at all flight levels and altitudes". EASA gave its validity as until 1 July 2026, unless reviewed earlier. It replaced CZIB 2026-03 R12 of 10 June 2026; EASA describes the change as: "The validity of the CZIB was extended until 1 July 2026. The description part was updated to highlight recent developments. No changes to recommendations". CZIBs are EASA recommendations to airlines; binding bans come from national authorities or EASA safety directives.
