NPT safeguards agreement with the Islamic Republic of Iran (Board of Governors resolution)

Found that Iran's failures since 2019 to cooperate fully with the IAEA on undeclared nuclear material and locations amount to non-compliance with its safeguards agreement. Drafted by France, Germany and the United Kingdom with US support. The IAEA publishes no country votes; diplomats said Russia, China and Burkina Faso voted against.
