Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said Russia's proposals for the demilitarisation and denazification of territory controlled by Kyiv, and the removal of threats from what he called Russia's new lands, were well known, and that Kyiv should fulfil them for its own good or the Russian army would decide the matter.
