The claims ledger.
When a party to the war states a fact that evidence can later settle, such as a target hit, losses inflicted on the other side or a denial of responsibility, it goes in this ledger. Each claim is checked against the record at 7 days, 30 days and then quarterly, and given a verdict. Over time each party's track record shows how often its word held up, with the count it rests on. Positions, threats and intentions are recorded as statements and not scored. A claim still open after 12 months becomes unresolvable.
How often claims held up.
Resolved claims only. The denominator is always shown.
Solid: supported. Grey: partly supported. Dashed outline: contradicted. Each bar covers one party's resolved claims and is the same length for every party, so parties are compared by share, not by how much they say. Parties are listed alphabetically.
Every claim, by party.
Newest first within each party.
