The statement

Speaking at the foreign ministry on the eve of the Swiss summit, Putin said Russia would cease fire and start talks immediately if Ukraine withdrew from all of Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson and Zaporizhzhia regions within their administrative borders, gave up NATO membership, adopted neutral non-nuclear status and sanctions were lifted.
