2026-10-30 18:00 UTCOpenUnresolvableOpen 12 months after it was said (2024-07-09) with nothing in the record to settle it. ev-20261027-ac0x records the UN monitoring mission's assessment that a direct Kh-101 hit was highly likely, though it said it could not be fully certain, and the SBU's account of missile fragments. A single hedged independent finding does not settle the claim either way.
