The statement

Russia's defence ministry said it was preparing massive strikes on Ukraine's energy infrastructure in retaliation for Ukrainian drone attacks on the Wildberries and Ozon retailers and on Russia's oil and gas sector, AP reported. The UN monitoring mission later cited the announcement as the start of an intensified campaign against Ukrainian energy facilities.
