Rodion Miroshnik, the Russian foreign ministry's ambassador-at-large, said a Ukrainian drone attacked a civilian car leaving Oleshky and injured two people, in breach of the ceasefire, citing Russian-installed officials, Meduza reported; Ukraine did not comment, Meduza said.
