The statement

Ombudsman Dmytro Lubinets said neither Kyiv nor Moscow had released evacuee figures under the Oleshky agreement, that equipment seen in Sky News footage was used for demining under Ukrainian supervision, and that he was working with Russia's ombudsman Yana Lantratova to keep the mechanism, the Kyiv Independent reported.
