Russia's defence ministry said it hit port infrastructure in Kiliya used by Ukrainian forces and two dry cargo ships carrying military property, in Pivdennyi port and in the Black Sea, RIA Novosti and Interfax reported. No Ukrainian, owner or maritime account was found.
