The statement

Council of Europe Commissioner for Human Rights O'Flaherty strongly condemned the Russian attack on the school in Komyshuvakha, said strikes deliberately aimed at civilians in violation of international humanitarian law amount to war crimes, said the school was struck several times in quick succession, and said at least 43 people had been reported killed and more than 33 were missing, Ukrinform reported.
