The statement

Russia's defence ministry said its forces carried out a massive overnight strike with ground-based precision weapons and long-range drones on defence-industry, energy and transport sites in Kyiv and Kyiv Oblast, including a Kyiv bridge it said was used to move weapons and a plant it said made Flamingo missiles, RIA Novosti reported.
