Russia's defence ministry said its forces hit fuel tankers at a parking area near Irpin that it said supplied Ukrainian units, an electrical substation in Kyiv Oblast that it said supplied power to military-industry enterprises, and a dry-cargo ship east of Odesa that it said carried military and dual-use cargo, RIA Novosti reported.
