Drone strike sets off huge explosions at a missile and ammunition arsenal in Toropets, Tver Oblast

Confirmedon verified, dated visual or sensor evidence: 1 distinct origin, 1 tied to no party, with visual or sensor evidence.

Drones struck a Russian missile and artillery arsenal at Toropets in Tver Oblast, about 370 km from Moscow, causing explosions large enough for the Norwegian monitor NORSAR to record them as a magnitude 3.2 event and for NASA satellites to detect the fires, NBC News reported. Tver governor Igor Rudenya said a fire was caused by debris from downed drones, ordered a partial evacuation and said 13 people were taken to hospital. An anonymous source in Ukraine's Security Service said the depot held Iskander, Tochka and guided bomb munitions. Russian state media had earlier reported that missiles and explosives were being stockpiled there, NBC noted.
