Lebanon's health ministry said Israeli strikes on the south on Sunday 26 April killed 14 people, including two women and two children, and wounded 37, the deadliest day since the truce took effect on 17 April, AFP reported. Israel ordered residents of seven towns and villages to evacuate, and AFP saw heavy northbound traffic; strikes hit Kfar Tibnit, Zawtar al-Sharqiyah and Nabatieh al-Fawqa. The Israeli military said it struck rocket-launching cells and weapons stores north of the Yellow Line. An AFP tally of ministry figures put deaths since the truce began at at least 36.
