President Zelensky said Russia launched about 120 missiles and 90 drones at energy infrastructure across Ukraine, and Ukraine's Air Force said 144 of 210 air targets were shot down. Emergency power cuts followed nationwide; grid operator DTEK said one of its thermal power plants was seriously damaged, and the IAEA said only two of Ukraine's nine operating reactors were still producing at full capacity. Ukrainian officials reported at least seven killed, including two in Mykolaiv. Russia's defence ministry said it carried out a massive strike on energy facilities supporting Ukraine's military industry.
