During one of Ukraine's largest drone attacks on Russia, aimed at the Ust-Luga gas terminal and a military icebreaker in Vyborg, a drone entering from Russia hit the chimney of Estonia's Auvere power plant at about 03:43, and another exploded in a field in Latvia's Kraslava region. Both governments said debris showed the drones were Ukrainian, and Estonia's prosecutor general said the drone was not directed at Estonia. No one was hurt and the operator reported no significant effect on Estonia's power system. Estonia's internal security chief called it a consequence of Russia's full-scale war.
