Reportedon one origin only: 0 distinct origins, 0 tied to no party.

Ukraine's General Staff said on 21 October that a combined missile and air strike including British-made Storm Shadow missiles hit the Bryansk chemical plant in Russia's Bryansk region, which it said produces gunpowder, explosives and rocket fuel components. The Kyiv Independent could not verify the claim and no Russian official response was reported in the source. It was one of the few publicly confirmed uses of Western long-range missiles inside Russia in 2025.
