Russian drones struck grain storage at Izmail, Ukraine's main Danube export port, across the river from Romania. Ukraine's infrastructure minister Oleksandr Kubrakov said nearly 40,000 tonnes of grain bound for African countries, China and Israel was damaged. Romanian President Klaus Iohannis called the repeated attacks near Romania unacceptable war crimes. The Kremlin had described its strikes on port areas as retaliation for the Crimean Bridge attack.
