A Tochka-U ballistic missile with a cluster warhead struck Kramatorsk railway station as civilians waited to be evacuated from the east, according to a later Human Rights Watch and SITU Research investigation, which called it an apparent Russian war crime. Ukrainian officials said at least 50 people, including five children, were killed, a toll later reported as 52 or more. Russia denied the attack and said its forces did not use the Tochka-U; Human Rights Watch said it found no evidence to support Russia's claims.
