Araghchi meets Putin in St Petersburg; Kremlin says Russia is ready to mediate

Araghchi said Trump had requested negotiations and that Tehran was looking into the request. Russia's Vienna envoy Mikhail Ulyanov said the US must drop 'blackmailing' and 'ultimatums', Al Jazeera reported.
