White House National Security Council spokesman John Kirby said on 2 November that North Korea was supplying Russia with a significant number of artillery shells for the war, but said the supplies were unlikely to change the course of the fighting. Al Jazeera reported no immediate response from Russia. In December the US said North Korea had also delivered rockets and missiles to the Wagner Group, which North Korea denied.
