Lebanon's National News Agency said two young men riding a motorcycle in Nabatieh, near Ali al-Taher ridge, were killed in an Israeli strike on 4 September. Late that day Lebanon's health ministry said Israeli strikes on five sites in the Tyre and Nabatieh areas and the Bekaa killed at least three people and injured 23, without separating combatants from civilians. The IDF said it was striking Hezbollah targets after an explosive drone was launched at its troops in the south Lebanon security zone. The health ministry's count since 2 March stood at more than 4,300 killed, Reuters reported the same day.
