Ukraine's armed forces said they carried out successful strikes on marine and port infrastructure at the Zalyv shipyard in Kerch, in occupied Crimea. Russia's defence ministry said Ukraine fired 15 cruise missiles, 13 were shot down and one ship was damaged; Crimea's Russian-installed head Sergei Aksyonov said fragments hit a dry dock and no one was hurt. Ukraine's air force commander said a Kalibr-carrying vessel was there, pending confirmation. Reuters and AFP said they could not verify either side's claims.
