Lebanon's National News Agency said an Israeli jet strike on a residential building in Kfar Reman after midnight on 7 September killed nine people, including two children, and wounded five, and that a drone strike on a car in the town killed two paramedics of the Risala Scouts, the civil defence arm of the Amal movement. Strikes also hit Nabatieh and Arab Salim, and a building in Deir al-Zahrani was destroyed after an IDF evacuation warning. The IDF did not immediately comment. The strikes followed Hezbollah drone launches at troops near Ali Taher Ridge, the third in a week by the IDF's count.
