Ukraine and Russia exchanged prisoners in a deal mediated by the United Arab Emirates. Ukraine's Coordination Headquarters and ombudsman Dmytro Lubinets said 230 Ukrainians came home, including six civilians, while Russia's defence ministry said 248 Russian soldiers were returned. Ukrainian officials said it was the largest exchange since the full-scale invasion and came after a long pause in swaps.
