The Saudi-led coalition said Saudi Arabia struck the Houthi-held city of Hodeidah late on 24 July, saying all targets were linked to threats to commercial shipping in the Red Sea, Al Jazeera and AP reported. It was among the first coalition strikes on Houthi-held Yemen since the 2022 truce, which collapsed in July after an attack on Sanaa airport. No casualty figures were given in the reports we saw.
