Saudi Arabia's energy ministry said on 12 April that the East-West pipeline was back to full capacity, pumping about 7 million barrels a day after repairs, and Manifa output was restored to about 300,000 barrels a day, while restoration at Khurais, which lost 300,000 barrels a day of capacity, was still under way, Al Jazeera reported. A ministry source had said attacks cut pipeline throughput by 700,000 barrels a day. The ministry did not assign blame; Iran has said it targeted US assets in the region.
