The IRGC said US strikes destroyed two concrete water storage reservoirs in Bamani district, Sirik County, Hormozgan, which supply drinking water to more than 20,000 residents of Kouhestak and 10 villages, and damaged a telecommunications tower, Al Jazeera reported citing the IRGC and WANA. Water industry spokesman Isa Bozorgzadeh called it a war crime. Al Jazeera said a New York Times analysis suggested the reservoirs may have been hit by precision-guided munitions. CENTCOM said it targeted communications and radar facilities.
