Reportedon one origin only: 0 distinct origins, 0 tied to no party.

Ukraine's General Staff said its forces attacked the Kirishi (KINEF) refinery in Leningrad region overnight into 14 September; the plant processes about 17.7 million tonnes of crude a year. Leningrad governor Alexander Drozdenko said three drones were downed near Kirishi and falling wreckage started a fire that was put out without casualties. Reuters, citing two industry sources, reported that a key processing unit was damaged and halted. The strike was part of an intensified Ukrainian campaign against Russian refineries in August and September.
