Israeli strikes killed at least 18 people across southern Lebanon on 11 April, including at least eight in a village near Sidon and at least 10, three of them emergency workers, in Nabatieh district, Al Jazeera reported. Lebanon's health ministry put the toll since 2 March at 2,020 killed and 6,436 wounded. Israel's Channel 13 said two paratroopers were moderately hurt in clashes with Hezbollah, and the IDF said about 30 projectiles were fired into Israel.
