Ukraine's General Staff said its missile forces struck an oil depot in Russian-occupied Feodosia that it said supplied Russian forces; the Russian outlet Astra identified it as the Marine Oil Terminal, the largest oil-products terminal in Crimea, which drones had also hit in March. Oleg Kryuchkov, an adviser to the Russian-installed head of Crimea, described a fire and said no one was hurt.
